How the Gift Certificate Works: Simple Steps
The 3-step process is designed to be effortless for you and completely flexible for the recipient.

For the Purchaser (You):

  1. Select & Personalize: Choose the Moon, Sun, or Star Formula variation you wish to gift. During checkout, provide the recipient’s name and any personal note you wish to include.
  2. Receive Your Certificate: Within 24 hours, you will receive a personalized, print-ready PDF Gift Certificate via email (please check your spam folder). This beautiful certificate details the gifted formula and is addressed to your recipient.

For the Recipient:

  1. Redeem & Schedule: The recipient simply contacts the Delta V Créations studio using the contact information on the certificate to schedule their private 1-to-1 session(s) at their convenience. Session structure and logistics will follow the recommendations for the formula they received.

Taught in English, French, or Spanish, courses take place in my Toulouse studio and are tailored to your pace and level.

Each in-person embroidery workshop is a fully immersive learning experience, designed to give you expert guidance, hands-on practice, and a beautifully curated Haute Couture embroidery project to complete.

Here’s what you’ll receive:

  1. Live Training & Expert Feedback. Learn directly from me in a face-to-face setting, where I guide you through every step, answer your questions, and provide real-time corrections and advice.
  2. Curated Embroidery Kit. Each workshop includes a carefully assembled embroidery kit with all the essential materials: the Lunéville hook, fine threads, beads, sequins, crystals, and silk organza printed with the embroidery project’s design—everything you need to bring your embroidery to life.
  3. Access to Specialized Tools. The embroidery frame, the stand or the frame support system, the scissors and the beading plate are made available during the workshop for use. If you’d like to continue your embroidery journey beyond the session, you’ll have the option to purchase them at the end.
  4. Printed Guide. A take-home printed guide summarizing key techniques covered in the workshop, so you can revisit and practice at your own pace.
  5. Technical Sheet. A detailed stitch legend with clear illustrations, color references, and expert tips for both needlepoint and Lunéville hook techniques.
  6. Technical Drawings. Precision black-and-white technical drawings, showing both the front and back of the design, ensuring clarity and accuracy as you refine your craft.

Booking & Scheduling

After you purchase your preferred Embroidery Course Formula, I will contact you to schedule your private 1-to-1 sessions at the studio. Each session typically lasts between 1h30 and 3h, and depending on the selected formula, one or more sessions may be required to complete your course.

Once the details are confirmed, your workshop is officially booked! You’ll receive all the practical information—location, schedule, and preparation notes. Meanwhile, I’ll prepare the materials, gather the curated kit, and make sure everything is ready for a smooth, hands-on learning experience.

The Day of the Course: What to Bring

Preparation: Please bring your reading glasses (if required) and a clear willingness to learn! All specialized materials, tools, and the full kit are provided at the studio.

Multi-Session Logistics: If your chosen formula requires more than one session, you will take the embroidery frame (approx. 90 cm x 70 cm) home with you. This ensures you can complete structured practice homework between sessions, which is essential for mastering techniques before moving on.

Course Validity and Rescheduling Policy Validity

Each course formula is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. All sessions must be completed within this period.

Rescheduling: Please note that private sessions require a significant time commitment for preparation. Requests to cancel or reschedule a confirmed private session must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the session being forfeited, except in cases of Force Majeure (as defined in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale).

Training Certificate

Upon successful completion of your course, you will receive a Training Certificate detailing the hours and techniques mastered, serving as formal recognition of your new skills.
