From Concept to Creation
The journey of your custom embroidery creation unveiled
The Vision
The journey begins with a thoughtful conversation, whether through email, phone, or a Zoom call.
During this initial discussion, we delve into the essence of your custom embroidery: the general idea, size, color palette, desired completion date, and any other unique elements that will shape your vision.
This is where your dream starts to take form.
The Promise
Once every detail has been carefully considered, a bespoke quotation is provided, outlining the proposed technical solution.
If you decide to move forward, an order contract is created and exchanged, accompanied by an invoice for the deposit, which is 50% of the total cost.
Only once the deposit has been received and the contract signed, does the creative journey officially begin.
The Magic
With the foundation set, I embark on the enchanting process of bringing your design to life.
From the very first stitch, I dedicate myself to ensuring every detail reflects the heart of your vision.
Throughout the journey, I’ll keep you updated with progress to make sure everything aligns perfectly with your expectations.
The Final Touch
As the final embroidery takes shape, I prepare and send digital images for your review and approval.
This is your moment to see the completed work and make any last adjustments.
Once you give your final blessing, I will issue the invoice for the final payment, preparing the piece for its grand departure.
The Grand Reveal
With the final payment received, the moment arrives to deliver your custom embroidered piece.
Carefully packed and shipped, your unique embroidery is on its way to you, ready to be unwrapped and admired.
This is the culmination of our shared journey—a work of art that tells your story.
Understanding the process to order a bespoke embroidery
Contracts, timelines, pricing and shipping
Contract
A contract is an essential step to formalize your bespoke embroidery or artwork order, ensuring clarity and commitment from both parties.
This document details all aspects of your commission, including the subject, dimensions, materials, price, payment schedule, and any other elements agreed upon during our initial discussions.
It serves as a mutual agreement, laying the foundation for a smooth and creative collaboration.
Timelines
The time required to create your custom embroidery varies based on the complexity and scope of the project, as well as my current schedule.
- Haute couture embroidery pieces typically take anywhere from a few days to several weeks.
- Commissioned artwork may require 1 to 2 months to complete.
During our initial conversation, I will provide a tailored timeline estimate based on your specific request, ensuring you are informed every step of the way.
Price
The cost of your bespoke creation is thoughtfully determined during our initial consultation, taking into account the size, difficulty, and unique nature of the piece.
Pricing is always consistent with comparable creations and includes:
- A 50% non-refundable deposit, paid when the contract is signed, to secure your commission. Work begins upon receipt of this deposit.
- The remaining 50% balance, paid upon completion, prior to delivery or handover.
There are no additional charges unless modifications are requested after the contract has been finalized. This ensures transparency and peace of mind throughout the process.
Approximate Rates
To give you an idea of costs, here are the starting prices for common requests:
- Embroidery of initials (on your fabric): from €50
- Embroidery of a logo or similar (on your fabric): from €120
- Embroidery of a phrase (on your fabric): from €150
