Delta V Créations is Laura’s fine embroidery studio in Toulouse, France, or her creative laboratory, as she likes to call it. The studio is home to Laura’s bespoke embroidery commissions, bridal creations, and original textile artworks.
A name with a story
In aerospace engineering, delta-v (∆v) describes a change in velocity that allows a spacecraft to change its trajectory and move towards a different orbit.
When Laura founded Delta V Créations, she chose the name to reflect her own change of direction, from aerospace engineering to the world of embroidery. Yet the name has another meaning. Her creations can bring about their own kind of change, sparking joy, confidence, or wonder in the people who discover them. Laura calls this the wow effect.
Embroidery as a language
For Laura, embroidery is more than a craft. It is a way of expressing ideas, emotions, and stories that words cannot always capture.
In her bespoke work, she collaborates with clients to turn their ideas, memories, and dreams into unique embroidered creations and embellishments. From bridal details and couture garments to personal commissions, each piece is developed with care, taking into account the story behind it and the materials best suited to bring it to life.
