In accordance with current regulations, you have a 14-calendar-day right of withdrawal starting from the receipt of your physical products or the conclusion of your service contract, without needing to provide a reason.

Important Note: This right does not apply to personalized products, services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, or digital content (courses, patterns) for which the download or access has begun with your express agreement, thus resulting in a waiver of your right of withdrawal.
