Created for C to accompany her bespoke wedding dress and the embroidered panel Adhara, this cathedral-length veil was designed as a natural continuation of the gown.
Cut from ivory tulle at a generous 3 m width and 2.50 m length, the veil remains deliberately minimalist, with delicate vines and olive leaves embroidered by hand along its surface, echoing the botanical language of the dress while allowing the embroidery to speak softly against the tulle.
The olive leaves bring a sense of continuity, peace and renewal, carrying the story of the gown beyond the dress itself and into the veil that follows the bride as she walks.
Designed and made entirely in my Toulouse atelier (France), the veil combines cotton and silk threads with crystal seed beads and glass faux-pearl beads, creating a subtle, luminous finish that completes the ensemble without taking away from the bride herself.
